Solution
The Upper Left Central Incisor was removed and replaced with an implant, once the implant had healed an aesthetic abutment was placed with a temporary crown in order to mould the soft tissues. Once soft tissue remodelling had occurred the Upper right central and lateral teeth were prepared for veneers and the upper left lateral was prepared for a crown, impressions were taken. Finally 2 Emax crowns and 2 Emax veneers were constructed in the lab and cemented into place.
