Dr Stuart Aherne BDS, (uwcm)

Qualified: University of Wales, College of Medicine, 2001, completed Vocational Training in Cardiff in 2002. Attended a 2 year course for Implantology in The Royal College of Surgeons, London. Currently, an affiliate member of the European Academy of Aesthetic Dentistry, full active member of Irish Academy of Aesthetic Dentistry.

Mr Tony Aherne MDS, DRD, RCS, Ed

Specialising in Implant & Aesthetic Dentistry for over 25 years. Former, secretary treasurer, European Academy of Aesthetic Dentistry, continues to be an active member. Founder of the Irish Academy of Aesthetic Dentistry. Lectures and publishes extensively at an international level

Carol O'brien Hygienist

Graduated as a Dental Hygienist in 2003 from UCC, worked in London for 2 years in General Practice and Boots Healthcare. Has been working in Cork since 2005 in General Practice and has been a member of our practice since 2008. Carol is very experienced in all aspects of Dental Hygiene and particularly hygiene around Implant prosthesis.

Dental Nurses

All our dental nurses have experience on reception and every dental procedure that we carry out in the practice, from small fillings to implant surgery and can go through each treatment with our patients if required.
